About the Course:
This is a ten-week course that offers new topics on Deaf Women’s Studies. It looks at how Deaf women experience gender and the world around them. You will learn about Deaf Studies and Women’s Studies, and how these two areas are connected. The course will talk about important topics related to gender, power, and the lives of Deaf women in Ireland, both in the past and today.

- Learn about ten different topics related to gender, power, and Deaf women’s experiences in Ireland. New fresh topics are covered this time so people who attended this course before will learn new things

Prerequisites:
You do not need to know anything about the subject before joining the course. However, you must have a laptop to take part in the course online.

By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of how Deaf Studies and Women’s Studies work together. You will learn more about the lives and contributions of Deaf women in Ireland.
