We are a team who are here to support the Deaf community with career support and resources. Our team members are all fluent in Irish Sign Language (ISL) and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that Deaf individuals may face in the job market.
We have enrolled in guidance training by professional guidance counselors and have gained knowledge of career guidance, career advice, resources, and overall support when it comes to career opportunities.
Our goal is to empower our peers in the Deaf community to achieve their career goals and navigate the job search process with confidence. Whether you are just starting out or looking to make a change in your career path, we are here to provide support and encouragement every step of the way.
